Additional Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing different parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More images released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
